I keep losing podcast clients around episode 10, and I can’t tell if it’s my pricing, my stack, or me. I’ve already cut tools twice and added an onboarding checklist, but now admin eats more time than editing. Do I raise prices while delivery feels this shaky, or is that just asking for more churn?
Are my podcast clients leaving because of my stack or my price?
What a useful answer should help achieve

Churn in my group programme didn’t shift until I narrowed who I accepted. If a podcast client can’t say what a successful episode is for them, no stack or price will keep them.

Month-three churn is almost never the stack. Lock podcast clients into annual contracts and remove per-episode editing choices. Fewer choices always improves retention.

Yong, I’d be careful treating that as settled. I ran a similar test with newsletter onboarding—fewer choices didn’t cut churn, cancellation requests actually rose because people felt boxed in. Camille, can you split your next five podcast clients instead: two stay on your current stack, three move to one tool, and for two of those three, try a 15% higher price? You’ll learn quickly whether it’s delivery or price. Don’t change everything while you’re stretched.

Following this. My membership churn keeps me up too.
