I've spent eight months doing sponsor outreach by hand. Three tools, not one that syncs, and my response rate is miserable. I need to decide: keep it in-house, finally pick one CRM and own the relationships, or hand the pipeline to an agency/VA and accept a cut. Port Harcourt budgets are thin already, so the margin loss scares me, but I can't keep losing half my week to admin.
I'm drowning in sponsor outreach tools. Outsource or fix it myself?

Outsourcing won't fix a bad pitch. Consolidate to one CRM and send better emails.

I tested a VA for client outreach last year. The emails went out, but the leads were still inconsistent, so I closed it. My membership funnel works better. For sponsors, maybe run a one-month paid test before committing.

You don't need outreach at all now. Put your channel on a sponsorship marketplace, set your rate, and let brands find you. That's how it works for my clients.

Marketplaces are a dead end for small creators. I listed on three last year and got zero sponsors. Direct outreach is the only thing that converts, no matter where you are.

You've already got sponsors, which is the hard part. Stop chasing volume and raise your rates. Fewer, better sponsors works everywhere once you have proof.
