I'm trying to get churn down in my paid newsletter and I keep bumping into the same wall: I can tell people what works, but I have nothing to show them. I don't want to guess which lever did it, so I'd rather study this with other paid-newsletter people than write another solo theory post. Mostly I want to separate the variables properly — onboarding, cadence, pricing, whatever else is actually in the mix. If you've kept subscribers past month three, I'd like to hear how.
