I run a paid newsletter and recurring revenue is the goal, but completion rates are what's actually capping it. I've been trying to work out whether the drop-off is the subject line, the issue length, or something in how the paywall sits mid-issue, and I can't test them cleanly while I'm also writing the thing. If you've moved an audience through a paid product before, I'd like to spend a month pulling those variables apart together and see what actually holds people to the end.
