Category

Requested outcome
A short, ugly report on which subscribers leave and when, plus one thing I can test on the next renewal cycle. If it works, we co-run it again in six months.
Scope
Joint analysis of one year of subscription and renewal data. Two or three working sessions, then a written summary we both keep.
Eligibility
Anyone who has actually retained paying members through a renewal cycle. Corporate L&D background is a bonus, not a requirement.
Closes
Nov 21, 2026, 4:57 AM · UTC
Budget
S$800–1,500 for the first pass, split as a flat fee
Remote participation
Yes

I run a paid newsletter for corporate L&D teams. Revenue is fine, it's the cash flow that isn't — I get a lump of annual renewals and then months of nothing, and I think churn is hiding in there somewhere. I've got the subscriber data and the renewal dates, but I don't have the analysis. Looking for someone to work through it with me, not for me.
