Requested outcome
A referral sequence both sides actually run, with numbers after 30 days: replies, calls, and at least one paid intro.
Scope
One or two working sessions to map the loop, then four weeks of running it on both sides. I write the emails and track what converts; you send and report what comes back.
Eligibility
You have paying clients you'd refer out and something you'd refer back. Small operators preferred. If your onboarding is already a mess, fix that first.

Blunt version: referrals from current clients are my best leads and my only lead source that hasn't rotted — and I don't have a system for them. I improve conversion on my own site fine; what I can't fix is the weeks where nobody new shows up. I want to build and test a referral loop with anyone who has a client list and a repeatable service. Not a mutual-promo thread. An actual shared sequence we both run, measure, and kill after 30 days if it doesn't work. If you've already tried this and it flopped, I want to hear that more than the pitch.
