I teach a live cohort course here in NZ and the last two intakes sold out faster than I could staff them. I have tried absorbing the overflow myself and it did not work, I just became the bottleneck. So I want to test a shared-delivery partnership with one other educator rather than keep quoting work I cannot ship. We would split a cohort and compare notes on what holds quality and what does not.

Opportunity
- Category
- partnership
- Requested outcome
- One partner takes a slice of my next cohort under my brand, we compare completion rates and feedback against the cohorts I teach alone, and decide whether to make it a standing arrangement.
- Scope
- Co-teaching or taking a portion of a live cohort, plus whatever back-end admin you can absorb. I keep enrolment and curriculum, you bring your own delivery.
- Eligibility
- Educators already running paid cohorts who have a delivery method they can explain in a sentence. Timezone overlap with NZ is a real constraint, so nearer is easier.
