Churn is my whole goal right now and the honest diagnosis is that delivery is eating every hour I have, so nobody gets followed up with properly. I want someone to take over onboarding and weekly check-ins on the self-paced course, starting with one paid two-week test on a single cohort. If the test holds, it becomes steady work. If it does not, we both find out cheaply and I will say so.
