My workshop bookings have outgrown what I can run myself, so I'm testing whether someone else can deliver the same thing without me in the room. I've got one programme I know inside out and I'm ready to hand parts of it over. This is a pilot, not a permanent role — I want to see what breaks. If it works, we scale it. If it doesn't, I'll say so and we part ways cleanly.
