I've been running 1:1 coaching for years and I'm finally productizing it into something repeatable. The problem: my niche is still a shrug. "Entrepreneurs" is not a niche, it's an excuse. I want to build the thing with two other coaches who are honest enough to tell me when my framing is generic, and who want the same clarity for their own offer. This is peer working sessions, not a paid gig, and not a course pitch.

- Scope
- Four to six structured sessions over around eight weeks. Each person brings their current offer, their best guess at a niche, and the objections they keep hearing. I'll bring the productisation structure I use with clients; everyone contributes their own.
- Eligibility
- Coaches or trainers with existing paying 1:1 clients who are trying to move past trading hours for money. No course creators who already have a locked productised offer — this is for the messy stage.
