A retention mechanism that runs without me in the room for every minute of it, tested against the current churn in one cohort.

Shared diagnosis of where people drop off, one new retention format designed and run with a small group, and an honest read on whether it worked.
Eligibility
Solo coaches or community operators who have run a paid group through at least two renewal cycles and will say out loud what failed.

My problem isn't leads. It's that people finish a programme and disappear, and I've rebuilt the backend three times to cover for it. I've tested cohort check-ins, a members-only space, a monthly Q&A. The Q&A is the only one that moved anything, and I don't have the hours to run more of them. Looking for one person to partner with on this — someone who has actually kept a paying group together past the first renewal, not someone who can redesign my offer page.
