I coach founders on their personal brand and I've hit the ceiling on how many I can take 1:1. Two of my last five clients finished their engagement and didn't renew, both around the same point — nothing broke, the momentum just died. So retention, not leads, is the thing I need to fix before I add anyone. I want to partner with someone who has already built a group or community container and can tell me honestly what holds people past the first month. I'd rather build the next version with a person who's run it than write it alone again.
Looking for someone to take over the onboarding sequence I keep half-finishing
