I run a group programme in Accra and I am trying to move it from launch-to-launch income into something that arrives every month. The teaching part I know. What I keep getting wrong is consistency once other people are involved, and I would rather learn this from someone who has already lived it than rebuild it by trial. Before I post a full brief — is the gap for you usually time, pricing, or the handover to a team? Asking because the shape of the work depends on your answer.
