Category

Requested outcome
Three price points tested over one term, with real retention and dropout numbers at each, then one number settled on and kept.
Scope
Pricing experiment design for a live music membership: choosing the tier structure, splitting the list without wrecking the group, and reading what comes back. Weekly calls for the term, shared spreadsheet.
Eligibility
Someone who has priced a paid membership or productised service themselves and can point to a number they changed and what it did. Coaches, consultants and product people all fine. Teaching background not required.

I run a music membership here in Accra. Good retention, my problem is the pricing and I've been guessing at it for a year. I want to spend this term testing three price points properly instead of changing one and hoping.

I don't need a full build. I need someone who has set a number, watched what happened, and is willing to say which way it went. I'll trade the teaching material, the students and the delivery.

If your answer is 'it depends', I already know that part.
