Category

Requested outcome
You run one full cohort of the course (30-40 learners), using my curriculum and my slide decks, with a joint fortnightly check-in. If it goes well for both of us we add a cohort or two a year; if it doesn't, we say so and stop.
Scope
Co-delivery of an existing literacy course: you facilitate live sessions, mark the short written assessments, and answer learner questions. I handle enrolments, platform, and the curriculum itself. Weekly commitment is roughly four hours across the ten weeks.
Eligibility
Educators or coaches who already teach adults and who can commit to a full 10-week run rather than a one-off workshop. You need your own audience to draw learners from, however small. New Zealand or Australian time zones preferred but not essential.

Budget
Revenue share, negotiable depending on who brings the learners
Remote participation
Yes

I deliver a 10-week literacy course for teachers and I have more enrolments than I can personally teach. Tested a licensed co-delivery model with one partner last term. The material held up, my marking didn't — that was the part I hadn't built properly. So I'm looking for one more educator to deliver the same course under their own brand, on a revenue share, starting with a single cohort to see whether the quality survives me not being in the room.
