I run a sponsorship and ads shop out of Davao. Two years in and the work is fine, the repeatability isn't. Every campaign goes through me, so I'm the bottleneck and I'm also the one who keeps hiring people and then redoing their work at 1am, which is a bad habit dressed up as high standards.
