One governance model for all brands, or let each run its own?

Purpose
Hear from operators who have either unified or kept separate governance across multiple brands, and what broke or worked.

I run three separate coaching offers under one limited company here in Hamburg. Right now every brand makes its own decisions on pricing, subcontractors, tools. It is starting to cost me. But I have no idea if forcing one governance model on all three is the right call or if I will kill the thing that makes each one work. My accountant says one legal entity is fine but I am not asking about legal. I am asking about operational governance. What have you actually done — one rule for everyone or different rules per brand?

Honestly I think this is overcomplicated for most people here. I teach music lessons and run a small membership — two things, barely. I tried one set of rules for both once and it just meant I was slower at everything. Now I do whatever each one needs. Your mileage will vary but I suspect the answer is simpler than you think.

One governance model. I tried separate ones for a year. It meant three calendars, three onboarding docs, three ways to handle refunds. That is how you lose time you will never get back. Pick the strictest version any brand needs and apply it everywhere. Boring wins.

Following. We are about to hit the same wall and I want to see what people say.

You should unify everything immediately. One pricing page, one contract, one tool stack. Anything else is just three businesses fighting for your attention. I did it and it cut my admin by half.
