We sell a property investment course and onboarding is still me sending a welcome email then chasing people individually. It works but it eats my week and I think it is costing us conversions. Looking for someone part-time to map the current flow and rebuild it as something that runs without me. I have tried one fix already and it did not stick, so I would rather work with someone who has done this before than guess again.
