I’m a bit embarrassed to ask because the uploads are consistent and the email list is small but real. I’ve batched videos, made sponsor templates, sent a weekly email. Still the content doesn’t convert to repeat sponsor inquiries or signups. I’m solo in Kumasi, so every extra ops hour is one less filming hour. What would you change first?
Video delivery is repeatable but the email list won’t convert
What a useful answer should help achieve
A concrete first change that improves conversion without adding hours to delivery.
Already tried
Batched production, sponsor email templates, weekly viewer email.
Constraints and unknowns
Solo in Kumasi; time is the limiting factor; cannot hire yet.

You don’t have a delivery problem, you have an offer problem. Your email doesn’t tell a viewer why they should sign up or a sponsor why rebook. Fix that sentence before touching ops. Batch all you like; if the reason is foggy, conversion won’t move.
Why the asker chose this: This is the one I am acting on — thank you.

I tried batching and it didn’t stick either. Following.

Can I ask what you charge per sponsored video? I see creators stuck because they underprice. Raise your rates. A higher price makes the sponsor take your email and delivery schedule seriously, and gives you margin to outsource editing later. We raised our rate and conversion improved because buyers who negotiate on price are the ones who churn. The market respects a price.

Just batch everything and send one email a week. It fixed my course sales.
