I've been a solo language tutor for eleven years, and I still can't answer a straightforward question about what to charge. I've got a waitlist and no room in my week, so my actual problem isn't finding students, it's deciding what to stop doing and what to raise. I want to spend an hour a month with three or four other tutors who set their own prices, swapping what we've each tried. That's it.
