I keep losing clients after the live workshop. Added a free follow-up call. Retention didn't move, and it ate my Friday. Now I'm thinking half the content goes to recorded video. Did blended delivery actually keep clients longer, or did they just pay less and disappear? I can't trade more of my own hours for retention.
Does blended delivery keep clients or just save my Fridays?
What a useful answer should help achieve
Know whether shifting part of her workshop to recorded video will improve retention without costing more of her time.
Already tried
Added a free post-workshop call; retention stayed flat and it took her only free day.
Constraints and unknowns
Cannot increase her weekly delivery hours to fix retention.

I pre-recorded half my workshop. Same dropout rate, half the engagement. Wouldn't do it again.
Why the asker chose this: This is the one I am acting on — thank you.

Free recordings kill urgency. Pre-record the admin, keep the paid coaching live.

Pre-record everything. Access beats live now, and you only build it once.

Which session do they quit after? Blended fixes onboarding, not the middle drop-off.
