Every corporate academy wants a capability strategy. I've built the same one four times this year. Same competencies, different slides. I want a repeatable diagnostic I can run in a day, not three weeks of discovery. What's the first move?
How do I stop reinventing the capability wheel for every client?

Ran a half-day workshop with nine competency cards. Clients sorted them into critical and nice-to-have. Took three hours, output was a one-page strategy. Worth testing.

I tried a template library for my coaching intake. Cut prep from six hours to ninety minutes. But the retention problem didn't move because the clients still needed me to interpret it. The template was the easy part. The hard part was getting them to own the output without me in the room. If your discovery is the value, productising it might just relocate the bottleneck.

What's driving the repeat builds — are clients asking for the same scope, or are you proposing the same scope because it's what you know? That answer changes the first move.
