Logging the second offer build: Cape Town agency, no proof yet

I'm opening this up because the thing that keeps stopping me isn't the offer itself, it's having nothing on the site that makes a stranger believe it works. Writing it down so I stop redesigning the sales page and actually go get the evidence. Expect short updates, mostly what I did or what stalled.
