I run a paid newsletter for legal professionals here in São Paulo. Two weeks ago I raised the monthly price from R$29 to R$59 and did not announce it, just changed the checkout page. I wanted to see if conversion rate would move before I touched anything else. I still do not know if this was brave or just impatient.
