Most of my onboarding time goes into one 30-minute walkthrough call per new member, and I wanted to see if a recorded version could carry it. Recorded a single 6-minute Loom screen capture covering the member portal and the two things people actually get stuck on, sent it the moment they joined, kept the live call optional. Five people in, three never asked for the call.
